OPERATIONAL NOTICE: At Swiz Knives Shop, we stand behind our tactical gear with mission-ready shipping and returns protocols. This document outlines our deployment procedures for your equipment and the extraction process for items that don’t meet your operational requirements.
1. DEPLOYMENT PROCEDURES (SHIPPING)
Mission Preparation (Order Processing)
All orders undergo tactical inspection before deployment:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Deployment Notification: You’ll receive tracking coordinates via email once your gear ships
Transportation Options
Choose your preferred extraction method:
- Standard Transport: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 days after deployment
- Mission Cost: $12.95
- Stealth Transport: EMS (Free for orders over $50)
- Delivery Time: 15-25 days after deployment
Global Operations
We deploy worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International operators should note:
- Customs clearance may add to delivery time
- Local import duties are the operator’s responsibility
2. EXTRACTION PROTOCOL (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)
Mission Parameters (Eligibility)
Returns and exchanges are authorized under these conditions:
- Request initiated within 15 days of equipment receipt
- Product must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (mission order number) required
Classified Items (Non-Returnable Equipment)
The following tactical gear cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Customized or personalized blades (marked with operator specifications)
- Opened sharpening kits or maintenance supplies
- Used or damaged equipment (beyond standard inspection)
Extraction Procedure (Return Process)
Phase 1: Initiate Request

- Your order number (mission ID)
- Product details requiring extraction
- Reason for return/extraction
- Whether you request replacement gear or financial extraction
RETURN REQUEST TEMPLATE:

Phase 2: Receive Extraction Coordinates
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:
- Authorization code for your extraction mission
- Shipping coordinates for equipment return
- Special instructions if applicable
Phase 3: Package and Deploy
Prepare your equipment for extraction:
- Repackage in original container with all accessories
- Include the authorization code visibly on the package
- Ship to provided coordinates using a trackable method
Financial Extraction (Refund Process)
Upon successful equipment recovery at our base:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Extraction Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment vector
- Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error
Equipment Replacement (Exchange Protocol)
For gear exchanges:
- Standard shipping fees apply for replacement deployment
- Expedited processing available upon request
- You’ll receive new tracking coordinates once replacement is deployed
Field Operations (International Returns)
Operators outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
- Allow additional time for international extraction processing
