1. OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL (GENERAL TERMS)
1.1 Mission Acceptance
By accessing swizknives.com, you confirm you are:
- At least 18 years of age (or meet your jurisdiction’s legal requirements for blade ownership)
- Familiar with local laws regarding knife possession and carry
- Using our platform for lawful purposes only
1.2 Equipment Specifications
Our tactical inventory includes:
- Fixed Blade knives (Boker, tactical models)
- Folding Knives (CRKT, tactical models)
- EDC Knives (Everyday Carry)
- Butterfly Knives (Squid Industries)
All product images are for operational reference only – slight variations may occur.
2. DEPLOYMENT PROCEDURES (ORDER & PAYMENT)
2.1 Mission Preparation
Order processing requires 1-2 business days for tactical inspection before deployment.

3. EQUIPMENT HANDLING & OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Operator Obligations
By deploying our gear, you agree to:
- Use all equipment lawfully and responsibly
- Comply with all local regulations regarding blade carry and use
- Assume full liability for improper use
- Inspect received gear immediately upon arrival
3.2 Restricted Deployment
The following activities are prohibited:
- Weapon modification for illegal purposes
- Resale of our gear as new if used
- Commercial use without written authorization
4. EXTRACTION PROTOCOL (RETURNS & WARRANTY)
4.1 Return Authorization
Returns/extractions permitted within 15 days of equipment receipt if:
- Product is in original, unused condition
- All packaging and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
4.2 Non-Returnable Equipment
The following cannot be extracted:
- Customized/personalized blades
- Opened sharpening kits
- Used or damaged equipment
4.3 Extraction Procedure

- Receive return authorization within 48 hours
- Repackage gear with all original materials
- Ship to provided coordinates via trackable method
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DEPLOYMENT
All content on swizknives.com is tactical property of Swiz Knives Shop including:
- Product designs and specifications
- Website content and imagery
- Branding and logos
Unauthorized reproduction or deployment is prohibited.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
6.1 Operational Disclaimer
Swiz Knives Shop is not responsible for:
- Improper or illegal use of our equipment
- Consequences of blade possession in restricted jurisdictions
- Customs seizures or import restrictions
- Incidental/consequential damages from product use
6.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the equipment in question.
7. PROTOCOL MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
